Payment and
Cancellation
Policies
The rent, required
to complete the
booking, is 50%
(balance due 30
days in advance). A
security deposit of
$250 is required.
If you cancel, your
rent will be
refunded (less a
$100 handling fee)
if the unit is
re-rented.
Pet Policy -
Dogs and cats are
allowed but must be
specifically
approved by the
owner.
Quiet Time
Policy -
Mid-night to 7am.
Infant Policy
- Children under 2
years who do not
require a bed stay
free. We can supply
a high chair.
Check In/Out
- You may check in
after 4pm and stay
until 11am on your
departure day.
Out and About
- There is a well
beaten path to Big
White village which
takes about 8
minutes to walk or
you can drive in 5
minutes. In the
winter there is ice
fishing in Lake
McCulloch about 25
minutes drive away.
The condo is
located just off
Serwas ski run and
is very accessible
to the Plaza and
Ridge Rocket ski
lifts. Big White is
surrounded by many
superb golf
courses..ie
Predator Ridge.
Most golf courses
are about a 1 hour
drive away.
