Our Bed and Breakfast which is located in the scenic West Kelowna Estates enjoys superb views of the Okanagan Lake and the City of Kelowna. Weather permitting your cooked breakfast is served on the upper deck which overlooks all the activity on the Lake.

We are only minutes away from the city center, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, various major tourist attractions, wineries, hiking trails (See Out & About Kelowna), and within one hour from four major ski resorts including Big White ski resort.

Sitting Room / Kitchen

Taking it easy? There is a large sitting room with cable TV and videos, air hockey, writing desk, gas fireplace, a bright fully equipped summer kitchen for fixing your drinks or snacks, (there is always tea & coffee available) and the dining area.

Bedrooms

We have three delightfully decorated bedrooms, all having their own ensuite bathrooms.
Can be rented as 1, 2, or 3 bedroom suite

1) The 'Garden Room' (built in 2003) has it all! Queen bed, "Jenny Daybed", slate ensuite shower, fireplace, summer kitchen, private entrance and deck.
2) The 'Lemon and Limes Room' has antique pine furniture, a queen size bed, and has a large sunken tub ensuite for soaking in after your days activities.
3) The 'Banana and Blueberry Room' with twin beds (that can be made up as a king size bed) has a beautiful tiled shower ensuite.
Both of the rooms have a complimentary food/beverage tray, and there is a child's cot for your little ones.

Pool

The beautifully landscaped backyard has a large pool complete with a diving board and slide. (May-Sept)
The hot tub which is heated year round is situated just beside the guest entrance, and only steps away from the common shower/bathroom.

There is also lots of parking and a separate entrance for guests, so you may come and go as you please. The B&B can be rented out as a suite with a extra double hide-a bed sofa in the lounge, and also as self-catering.

We can also arrange Airport/Greyhound pickups if required.
